My story begins 6 years ago in gym with running like pre-work for fitness program. After two years of hard training in gym, including full body resistance cardio exercises. After two years of mostly anaerobe training, i`ve increased my time in cardio (aerobe) training: bicycle, running (with programs: ups and downs), skying etc. But all the things i`ve done only in the fitness club. For me training wasn`t like some kind of method for body and soul relaxation, it was only the one way to lose weight and to gain some muscles.
But like everything changes... changed my training attitude. Something happened in my life and in one day i`ve decided to go out for some running (yes, running! not walking). As i remember it was cloudy october day, i`ve run about 2-3 km and i felt power in my chest and happiness in my soul. So i decided to run out when i feel the desire for new emotions.
So my running story began with some small running courses one-twice per week. My running season begins in february (14th) and ends in november (18th) and so on...three years. But in last year i`ve decided to run during winter. I bought all the warm things (shoes, running tights, nice warm socks etc.).
Also, starting from 2010(y) i`ve began to run in country i`ve visiting. Like in first part of that year i run in Poland, Germany, Sweden, France, Russia, Czech Republic, Estonia and Lithuania.
