There I go, I have just registered for the half-marathon in Xiamen (China)
Typing in English because I am at work, they don't have Russian keyboards, and - really, I hate transliteration, feels like butchering my language!
Now it's time to plan the preparation, I have nearly 1 month before the event, all this time I have been running about 10 km 2 times a week plus occasionally hashing (it is useless to explain what hashing is if you don't know about Hash House Harriers).
I still don't know how I am going to do it...Should I increase the amount of running?
Omg only a month...
