БлогиNow presvius year was quite fruitful to me. During last I could have distance by swimming 110km; by jogging 1385km and by walking 830 km. Three times visited Egypt and twice Issyk Kul lake. Slowly but sure my problem with the leg is leaving me in peace, my blood pressure is coming down too. What the most of all irritates me that I lose my weight very slow
