I'd like to add some information into my diary as I had planned before last week I could have three days of training and covered about 30 km the best run was 14 km. It seems to me this week I'll have three days also but I can increase the big distance adding 2 or 3 km to the best result. The Monday jogging was 9 km.
P.S. Message to young Lady from St.Petersburg "Don't shoot the pianist he's doing his best." I didn't want to boast I study English only.
