Today I have returned from Issuk Kul Lake. Now I am very drunken and cannot express my thoughts.What I can say is that I have reached my place health and sound and lately I will add up my resuts in September. So long!!!

And so results of August jogging 115km, walking 130km. Meaning month I had the same problems as growing high blood pressure  and sick throat. Suffering from it I was forced to reduce jogging for walking. Now i have got tickets into my pocket to Issuk Kul Lake and today I leave Ekaterinburg for vacation with returning home about 17th September. When I get hoime again I will think over my sports activities, something wrong with me and doctors cannot tell anything but say to me that I must drop up jogging.

In July I could run 167km and walk 33km.

Passed fortnight in Kyrgyzstan nearby Issyk-Kul lake .Total results 61km including 21km made by swimming also strided 178km. Firstly I'd planned to pass there a month about but changed my mind and decided to visit this place again in September.

First days of last month I had been taken to a hospital for a body examination and got a strict verdict of my doctor- I must give up jogging and what I can afford  myself it is walking only. It is awful news.Hm...! So last month I passed by walking and did about 300km by speed steps and ran about 70km. I don't think I will follow her advise. Maybe I will pay much more attention no my health changing walking with run. I don't know. By the way  in the middle of May I took part in sports festival in our city and passed distance 42km ( it seemes to me that cirle was a bit bigger because partly I covered it jogging - 12km about and other part was made by foot.Few walkers could overtake me. The total time was 7h 25min. Some where we lost our way, nevertheless everyhting was good and I am going to take part in this competion and try myself on distance about 50km.

The 15 of June I am going to Issuk-Kul to pass there about month swimming and jogging.

Total volume is 130km. Eleven days were missed due to unhealthy  condition. Instead of losing weight I got high blood pressure.

So it's time to check my results in previous month. I could increase the figure to 165km and the max. distance was about 13km.

So I could increase month figure till 106 km  keeping in mind that this month very short. Also I could run distance about 10km which I havn't done since last October, of course I could get this a bit more but I don't see any reason to add on it sharply up. First of all, pleasure is the best motivation to me.

So there is nothing much to say about my sport results in January because I have still problems with my foot. Nevertheless since first day I have tried to run as much as I could mostly from bus station to local lake for ice-swimming and back. By 20th I could have distance covered about 7km and was glad. 23d I flew to Egypt and continued swimming there. Sometimes I covered distance about 5km a dayby swimming. So my result of January is 57 km most of it was done by swimming.
